I’ve been using it for two months now and it’s been a real eye opener. It’s a small meter that you wear on the back of your upper arm, measuring steps taken, calories burned, physical activity and sleep patterns. You customize the program for your specific goals, very simple to use.
I purchased it for 179.99 -plus you have to pay a small monthly to access the online software. I chose the six month plan for 10.00 a month plus they sent a voucher for the first 3 months free. While the initial purchase is a little pricey, it’s much cheaper than most “diet” programs out there. It logs how many calories I burn while I sleep & how much activity I’m getting just doing my normal daily routine. You can log your foods and compare calories burned to calories going in. I can see exactly where I’m going wrong or doing right.
